The venue is registered for food service with the City of Sydney and audited annually by independent inspectors.

2. Gaming framework

The salon operates as a private members' gaming facility under NSW law. Entry to gaming areas is restricted to guests 18 years and over; identity verification may be requested at the door.

House rules, table limits and dispute procedures are posted in the salon and available in writing from the concierge on request.

3. GDPR for EEA guests

Guests located in the European Economic Area hold rights under the General Data Protection Regulation: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. We act as data controller for bookings and membership data relating to EEA guests.

4. Data protection practice

Personal data is stored on Australian-hosted systems with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is role-limited; floor staff see only the information the evening requires. Retention periods follow NSW regulatory requirements, after which records are securely destroyed.

Where EEA guest data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy mechanisms recognised under GDPR.

5. Responsible play

The salon operates under NSW responsible-gambling requirements: self-exclusion is available on request, staff are trained to recognise problem play, and guests may set personal limits through the concierge without explanation.
