1. Bookings & deposits

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a deposit or card guarantee. Deposits are credited to the bill or refunded per our Refund Policy. Tables are held thirty minutes past the reserved time unless the desk is advised.

Confirmations are sent by email; the details in the confirmation — date, party size, room — are the terms of the booking.

2. The dining room

The tasting menu changes without notice; published menus are indicative of format rather than a fixed promise. Dietary requirements are accommodated with 48 hours' notice — requirements disclosed on the night are handled as best the kitchen can, not guaranteed.

Smart evening wear applies in the dining room; the salon privé is black tie. The house may decline entry where the code isn't met, at the manager's reasonable discretion.

3. The salon & membership

Gaming areas are restricted to guests 18 and over. Reserved positions are held on deposit; limits and rules are posted in the salon. The house may decline play at its discretion and in line with responsible-gambling obligations.

Membership tiers are reviewed annually; privileges are as published at the time of renewal and may be amended with notice. Membership is non-transferable.

4. Website use

This site is provided for information and booking requests. Content — text, images, design — is the property of SydneyFork Hospitality Group Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Form submissions create an enquiry, not a binding booking; a reservation exists only once confirmed in writing by the concierge.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond that, the house's liability for service matters is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid.

Gaming outcomes are governed by the rules posted in the salon; disputes are resolved per NSW gaming procedures.

6. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its 'last updated' date. Material changes affecting existing bookings are communicated directly.
